Strength, legacy and executional excellence in Mallorca

Meet the experts who turn your vision into reality
Since 1995, Abitare Mallorca has combined creative vision with rigorous project management to deliver high-end residential and hospitality projects.

International background: from the Caribbean to the Mediterranean
Our story began in the international hospitality sector in the Caribbean, where we developed a rigorous and highly sophisticated working methodology. Since 2010, we have brought that expertise to Mallorca, specialising in luxury private homes and large-scale hotel refurbishments.

The Abitare approach: design and delivery

We are supported by a multidisciplinary team of architects in Palma that continues to evolve, with a strong commitment to sustainability and the comprehensive management of the construction process.
